Key Responsibilities: * Train, develop, and mentor staff

Minimum Qualifications: * At least 18 years old

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Minimum 1 year of shift management experience (QSR or fast-casual preferred)
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
