$22.51 to $33.77


Actual pay will be based on various factors, such as a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, proficiency for the role, and internal equity. Wellness Program Coordinator

, supporting a culture of wellbeing and helping coworkers lead healthier, happier lives. This role focuses on coordinating wellness initiatives, educating coworkers, and supporting benefit-related projects.

Responsibilities



Implement and oversee wellness initiatives and activities. Coordinate annual biometric screenings and vendor meetings. Communicate wellness programs across multiple channels. First line of support for wellness program questions. Daily support of questions for coworkers on lifestyle management programs. Coordinate and send out wellness mailings Support wellness projects such as clinic outreach and healthcare cost?saving education. Participate in Health Promotion meetings and partner with Kwik Trip Centers for Health. Conduct benefit and wellness education sessions for Open Houses. Support, educate, and provide wellness resources to Kwik Trip Centers for Health team. Provide administrative support to the Benefits team. Assist with miscellaneous tasks as needed.

Qualifications



Associate degree required. 0-2 years of experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Comfortable presenting to groups. WELCOA certification is preferred

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities



Basic understanding of ACA, DOL, EEOC, GINA, and HIPAA regulations. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to multitask, work independently, and maintain confidentiality. Patience, empathy, and professionalism in all interactions.


Work Schedule: Monday - Friday; daytime hours. It is important to note that this role will require potentially weekly travel during the months of February - May
