What You'll Do

o Deliver exceptional service and create positive experiences for every patient

o Engage new and existing patients to promote wellness memberships and care plans

o Manage patient flow and ensure an organized, welcoming clinic environment

o Educate patients on chiropractic care and The Joint's wellness offerings

o Handle phone calls, appointments, and point-of-sale transactions accurately

o Support local marketing and community outreach to attract new patients

o Maintain clinic cleanliness and uphold The Joint's standards of excellence

What We're Looking For

o Driven to grow and advance within the company

o Friendly, outgoing, and confident communicator

o High school diploma or GED required

o 1+ year of sales or customer service experience preferred

o Strong computer and phone skills

o Able to multitask and thrive in a busy environment

o Team player with a positive attitude and professional demeanor

o Able to stand or sit for extended periods and occasionally lift up to 50 lbs

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 36 per week
