A growing Health and Wellness center located in Santa Rosa; CA has an immediate opportunity for an elite Wellness Coordinator that is a Scheduling-Genius, to provide top notch support to our Clinic and community.

The HOURS are
Monday, Wednesday & Fridays -8am - 12:30pm, 1:45 -6:00pm
Tuesdays and Thursdays 8am -1pm
Our goal is to wrap MWF by 6, however there are times we will be here until 6:30 or 7pm.

You must understand people's time and be able to help manage both theirs and ours.
You MUST be ok with being on camera as we film cases for educational purposes.
This opportunity is ideal for an ENTHUSIASTIC and creative self-starter who has a passion for Health/Marketing industry and requires administrative responsibilities.
You will provide unwavering support to the doctors by overseeing an incredibly busy, ever-changing calendar, assisting in hands on patient care, screening calls and handling correspondences.
As the Wellness Coordinator, you will showcase your outstanding interpersonal skills as you liaise with patients, professionals and collaborate with multiple levels of management and staff.
A positive, proactive, and dedicated individual who exhibits integrity, professionalism, and an eagerness to build his or her career in a high-energy, collaborative environment will thrive in this hands-on role.
The position will start as temp-to-perm but could possibly start as a direct hire if we find the right individual. 20+ hours to start
Qualifications:
- General office experience is a MUST
- Past work history in customer service/sales/marketing (We are willing to train the RIGHT candidate)
- Poised under pressure and able to multitask with efficiency (previous experience with handling a heavy volume of phone calls is ideal)
- Eager to thrive in a long-term role
- Bright, personable, and customer service-oriented; proven ability to anticipate executive needs and plan ahead
- Warm and approachable team player with exceptional communication skills to interact with diverse personalities
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a deadline driven environment- Some travel may be required
- Strong judgment regarding sensitive and confidential information, and making sound decisions in challenging situations
- Proficiency with MS Office, Publisher and or Adobe programs are a PLUS
