Aerotek is seeking those interested in long-term growth opportunities for Manufacturing/Production (Entry-Level, Skilled, and/or Professional-Level) Min Pay 18$HR. Welders receive anywhere from 18-25$HR depending on skill level. Skilled trades will test into their department. Welders are on mandatory OT at this time.

Our team is currently hiring for an HVAC company located in Redmond, Oregon. The ever-expanding company offers a variety of incentives, benefits, great work environment and has no pay cap. Day, Swing, and 3 12\'s (Fri, Sat, Sun - paid for 40hrs) are offered shifts in various departments. Ideal work week is 40-55 hours. OT available.

Departments: Welding (Weld test required - dictates starting pay rate), Assembly (Unit, Panel, Fan), Electrical, HVAC Technicians, Fabrication, Piping, Material Handling (Forklift use 80-90% of the time / must be detail-oriented), Inventory/Receiving, Powder Coat Painting, Machine Operators, Quality Control, and Crating Specialists, Continuous Improvement Engineers, Production Scheduler, Production Manager

If you are someone who has a strong interest in learning new skillsets, advancement opportunities, and have basic mechanical aptitude (reading a tape measure, working with hand/power tools, etc.) - Please apply! Candidates enrolled in trades programs are encouraged to apply as well.

Attendance and initiative are the driving factors for growth! Reliable transportation is a must. Great communication, positive attitude, strong skillsets, and a desire to learn!

What to expect:

Department training varies all around. Basic safety knowledge/training will be provided within each department. Candidates should demonstrate basic mathematical skillsets, have a desire to understand and read blueprints/drawings, feel comfortable lifting 25+ lbs, climbing ladders at times, follow basic instruction, Candidates should be capable of working both independently and in small teams.
