Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Welder to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical knowledge and experience in various welding techniques, including Mig welding and sheet metal work. This role requires precision and attention to detail, as you will be responsible for fabricating and repairing metal components to meet high-quality standards.

Responsibilities

Perform welding tasks using mig welding and other techniques on various materials, including sheet metal and steel beams. Utilize hand tools and machinery, to shape and assemble metal parts. Measure dimensions accurately using micrometers and other measuring tools to ensure precision in fabrication. Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently while adhering to safety protocols. Maintain organized work area, ensuring all tools and equipment are in good working condition. Troubleshoot any mechanical issues that arise during the welding process.

Experience

Proven experience as a Welder or in a similar role is preferred. Familiarity with various welding techniques, including mig welding and machining processes. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to read blueprints and technical drawings. Experience with welding steel beams is a plus.
