1. Prefer certified teacher from the Gull Lake Community Schools
2. Certified strength and conditioning specialist preferred
3. Prefer strong background in current techniques for proper weight lifting for athletic purposes
4. Degree in exercise science and several professional hours in the area of instruction preferred
5. Ability to teach proper weight lifting techniques
6. Ability to monitor and balance large groups of students working individually at the same time
7. Ability to work with all coaches in the athletic program and to design programs for specific sports
8. Must demonstrate patience and attention to detail
9. Demonstrated successful experiences working with school age children
10. Prefer academic coursework beyond High School level
11. Professional in personal conduct and action
12. Excellent communication and organizational skills
