Division: Aluminum Dynamics Overview:

Responsible for safely and effectively processing commercial traffic from arrival through the departure process.
Responsibilities:
Scaling trucks in and out in a timely manner Process paperwork and data entry Print and organize receiving documents Communicate with personnel regarding truck loading/unloading to help streamline the process Problem solving and decision making Assist with administrative duties Monitoring scale cameras Work closely with other members in the receiving departments and material handling on a daily basis Assist suppliers and trucking companies by communicating issues Scan, email and photocopy documents as required

Required:

Safety Oriented High School diploma or equivalent Strong willingness to learn Shift work required with Willingness to work scheduled and non-scheduled overtime Pleasant demeanor and positive attitude Attention to detail and strong sense of urgency Candidate must have excellent problem solving and communication skills, and be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Capability to learn new computer software Self-motivated with the ability to work with little supervision. Excellent customer service skills Adaptable in different work environments

Preferred:

Efficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel Knowledge of the steel making process and mill layout Previous scale house experience. Previous customer service experience.
