About the Role

Brown Veterinary Services is expanding our

Weekend Urgent Care Team

! We're looking for a confident, skilled veterinarian to handle

walk-ins and emergency cases

during our dedicated weekend hours. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy problem-solving, and want to make an impact without late-night on-call duties, this is the perfect fit.

You'll work with an experienced support staff and have access to

digital X-ray, ultrasound, K-Laser, in-house lab, and a fully equipped surgical suite

What You'll Do

Manage urgent and emergency cases presented during weekend hours Perform surgical procedures (soft tissue, wound repair, C-sections, foreign body removal, etc.) Triage, stabilize, diagnose, and treat both medical and surgical cases Communicate clearly with clients and team members for effective case management Maintain detailed medical records and uphold Brown Veterinary's compassionate, community-focused values
We're Looking For

DVM/VMD

with active or eligible

Georgia veterinary license

Comfortable handling

walk-ins, emergencies, and urgent surgical cases

Experience with (or willingness to learn)

goats, pigs, small ruminants, poultry, and exotics

Team-player attitude with strong communication and decision-making skills Compassionate, level-headed clinician who thrives under pressure
