Job Responsibilities:

Provide one-on-one care to clients in their homes Assist with activities of daily living per the care plan Provide personal care (bathing, dressing, feeding, incontinence care) Assist with transfers, ambulation, and mobility devices Prepare meals, perform light housekeeping, and laundry Grocery shopping and local errands Medication reminders Offer companionship and emotional support Maintain positive and professional relationships with clients, families, and office staff Support client dignity, privacy, and safety at all times

Requirements:

At least 18 years old Valid driver's license Reliable transportation Ability to pass a criminal background check and reference check Previous home care experience preferred HHA or CNA certification preferred Homemakers do not need certification Supportive Home Care Aide certification is a plus Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs., bend, and assist with mobility Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
