About the Role

Rovers Security is hiring a

Weekend Security Supervisor

to lead and support on-site security operations across assigned locations. This role is ideal for an experienced security professional who enjoys leadership, problem-solving, and being hands-on with field operations.

The

core requirement

is coverage on

Saturday and Sunday (8am-8pm)

as our Supervisor on Duty. Candidates seeking full-time status may also work an additional

12-hour shift on Mondays

, with further hours available for those who are flexible and interested in additional coverage.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and support security officers during assigned shifts Ensure post orders, client expectations, and company policies are followed Conduct site checks and inspections Respond to incidents and provide leadership during escalated situations Assist with scheduling coverage and last-minute staffing needs Coach, train, and mentor officers to maintain high performance standards Complete reports and administrative tasks accurately and on time Serve as a professional point of contact for clients and management

Required Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of security experience Leadership or supervisory experience required Scheduling or shift coordination experience preferred Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to train and support team members effectively Comfortable using computers and basic reporting systems Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
