Job Description
Solomons Nursing and Rehab in Solomons, MD is looking for an experience Weekend RN Supervisor. As a Registered Nurse RN Supervisor on our team, you will make a meaningful impact on the lives of our extended family. In turn, we are dedicated to ensuring our team of caregivers feel the same compassion provided to the residents.
Schedule: Every Saturday & Sunday 7a-11p
Qualifications:
Active RN license in Maryland or Compact State
Minimum 2 years of nursing experience in long-term care/skilled nursing setting.
CPR certification.
Proficiency in healthcare software (PCC)
Strong leadership and communication skills.
As a nurse supervisor, you'll channel your knowledge, skills, ambition, and experience on a daily basis. Inspire our patients to progress each day as you:
Supervise all nursing operations, including employee activities and quality of patient care.
Assist in the development and implementation of patient-care programs, policies and procedures.
Ensure that each patient's needs for nursing care, treatment and services are properly assessed, evaluated, and met.
Have a strong effect on our patient outcomes.
