Warmly greet and assist walk-in customers
Answer phones and direct calls with a friendly, professional tone
Manage appointment scheduling and update records in our booking system
Maintain a tidy, welcoming front desk area and showroom environment
Support light administrative tasks, such as data entry and organizing materials
Qualifications
Previous front-desk or receptionist experience preferred
Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills
Attentive, organized, and proactive about staying helpful and professional
Comfortable with standard office tools (phone systems, email, basic scheduling software)
Reliability and consistency in weekend availability (Saturdays and Sundays)

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 14 per week
