We are seeking an energetic and personable Weekend PM Bartender to join our dynamic hospitality team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service in a lively environment, with experience in fine dining, nightlife, or catering settings. This role requires strong multitasking skills, familiarity with POS systems, and a commitment to food safety and responsible alcohol service. As a Weekend PM Bartender, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere, mixing drinks, and ensuring guests have an enjoyable experience during evening hours on weekends.
Responsibilities
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages efficiently and accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS.
Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner, providing excellent customer service aligned with hospitality standards.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety and food handling protocols.
Manage cash handling and cashiering duties accurately while processing payments.
Restock bar supplies as needed and assist in inventory management.
Ensure responsible alcohol service by monitoring guest intoxication levels and adhering to all legal requirements.
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy nightclubbing or banquet events.
Uphold health and safety standards, including proper food safety practices when handling garnishes or snacks.
Qualifications
Proven experience in food service, restaurant, nightlife, or hospitality environments; fine dining or nightclub experience is a plus.
Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS.
Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask efficiently during busy shifts.
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math, and drink mixing calculations.
Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures.
Ability to work evenings on weekends (Friday, Saturday, Sunday nights).
