Job Description
We are looking for a WEEKEND (Friday & Saturday night), OVERNIGHT, part-time Courtesy Officer to join our team. The Courtesy Team is our hospitality-based, security-guest services department responsible for managing access to our property via our gatehouse, as well as the patrolling of our 27 acre beach front residential community located near the north-end of Hilton Head Island.
Prior Military, College Students, and Retirees are encouraged to apply.
Experience preferred but not mandatory. Competitive Pay and Benefits. 30/60/90 Day review with chance of raise(s). Must be able to pass a drug test and background check!Shifts Available:
FRIDAY and SATURDAY NIGHTS from 10pm-6am. These are OVERNIGHT shifts. Every weekend. Year Round.Job Details:
Monitor and manage gate entry. Assist guests with the check-in process. Log commercial and vendor vehicles. Patrol the property to ensure safety and security. Enforce community rules and regulations. Respond to incidents and complete necessary reports. Maintain a safe and welcoming environment for residents and guests. Work well both independently and as part of a team.
This is an unarmed position.
Qualifications:
Strong customer service skills with a professional and friendly demeanor. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Clean and professional appearance. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Excellent attention to detail. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Punctual and dependable with a strong work ethic.
