Duties
Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with late check-ins, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience.
Handle guest inquiries via phone and in person with professionalism, utilizing multi-line phone systems and excellent phone etiquette.
Perform nightly audit procedures, including reconciling daily financial transactions, updating reservation records, and preparing reports for management review.
Maintain accurate records of guest accounts, payments, and billing details to ensure data integrity.
Respond promptly to guest requests and resolve any issues or concerns with a focus on delivering outstanding customer service.
Monitor security cameras and conduct routine inspections of the property to ensure safety and security standards are upheld.
Collaborate with front desk staff to coordinate guest services, reservations, and special requests during overnight hours.
Complete detailed shift reports, incident logs, and audit documentation to ensure compliance with hotel policies.
Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the front desk area and administrative spaces.
Support other hotel operations as needed to ensure a smooth 24-hour service experience.
Skills
Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel operations, with a strong understanding of front desk procedures and guest services.
Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor that enhances guest satisfaction.
Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to effectively communicate with diverse guests.
Strong knowledge of hotel management systems, reservation software, and multi-line phone systems.
Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to handle inquiries professionally during night hours.
Ability to perform detailed night audit tasks accurately while managing multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
Familiarity with hospitality standards, guest relations practices, and security protocols within resort or hotel environments.
Ability to work independently during overnight shifts while maintaining alertness and professionalism.
