Position Summary:

We are seeking a reliable, bilingual (English/Spanish)

Front Desk Associate

with prior experience in a radiology or medical imaging practice. This individual will play a key role in creating a positive first impression for patients and providing essential administrative support to ensure smooth front office operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and check-in patients in a friendly and professional manner Answer and direct incoming phone calls Escort patients to and from the MRI suite as needed Maintain front office cleanliness and manage basic supply inventory Assist with scheduling and confirming appointments Support MRI techs and other staff with administrative needs as necessary Uphold patient confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations

Requirements:

Bilingual - fluent in English and Spanish (required) Prior experience working in a radiology or imaging facility (preferred) Strong interpersonal and communication skills Available to work Saturday and Sunday Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with scheduling systems Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Dependable and punctual

Additional Information & Compliance:

This position is

at-will

, meaning either the employee or Inland MRI may terminate the employment relationship at any time, with or without cause or notice. Employee will receive legally mandated

meal and rest breaks
