Job Description

This position requires for the employee to provide oversight for 4 individuals who reside in a group home. The duties include, but not limited to, cooking meals daily, ensuring that all individuals safe, medication distribution, light housework, ability to effectively communicate with clients and co-workers, and complete daily paperwork. The individual hired must be dependable, and have reliable transportation to and from work place.`

THIS JOB WILL REQUIRE THE HIRED INDIVIDUAL TO REPORT TO WORK ON FRIDAYS AT 10 P.M. AND REMAIN AT THE HOME UNTIL SUNDAY AFTERNOON AT 2 P.M.

- Experience working in a similar role, such as direct support professional, caregiver, or personal care assistant
- Valid driver's license or Florida ID

- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks
- Compassionate and patient demeanor when working with individuals who are intellectually disabled.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
