## Overview We are seeking a dedicated Janitor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a clean and orderly environment, ensuring that our facilities are safe and well-cared for. ## Duties - Perform general cleaning tasks such as dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming - Maintain cleanliness of restrooms and replenish supplies - Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly - Clean windows, mirrors, and other glass surfaces - Perform floor care duties including mopping, buffing, and waxing - Assist with setting up rooms for meetings or events - Notify management of any repairs needed ## Requirements - Experience in facilities maintenance, industrial cleaning, commercial cleaning, or custodial work is preferred - Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and use of cleaning equipment - Ability to work independently and efficiently - Strong attention to detail and thoroughness in completing tasks - Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift heavy objects - Familiarity with safety protocols when handling cleaning chemicals This position offers opportunities to contribute to the overall cleanliness and organization of our facilities while ensuring a safe environment for all occupants.
