About the Role

We're seeking a talented

Sales Manager

to grow our event portfolio and elevate the client experience at Dominion Gardens & Hotel. You'll guide clients through every step of the event journey--from first inquiry to final celebration--while building strong relationships within the event and hospitality community.

This role is ideal for someone who is driven, relationship-oriented, and passionate about creating extraordinary experiences.

What You'll Do

Lead the complete sales process for weddings, corporate events, and social gatherings Conduct engaging venue tours that highlight our unique property Build strong relationships with planners, vendors, and corporate clients Create tailored proposals, contracts, and premium upsell options Maintain and nurture a strong sales pipeline Attend industry events, networking opportunities, and trade shows Collaborate closely with operations and vendor partners for event success Share market insights and ideas to help elevate brand presence

Who You Are

3+ years in event sales, hospitality sales, or venue management A confident communicator who loves building relationships Highly organized with strong follow-up and attention to detail Motivated by goals, collaboration, and client satisfaction Able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays Bonus: Experience in luxury events or existing industry relationships
