is expanding, and we're looking for a dynamicSales Associate
to join our team! With five boutique venues on the South Shore, we specialize in creating unforgettable events, and we need a top-tier salesperson to help bring our clients' visions to life.What You'll Do:
Cultivate and secure events for SEG venues following company standards. Build strong relationships with clients, vendors, and colleagues. Conduct client tours and follow-ups, including weekends (Saturday & Sunday). Respond to all inquiries within 24 hours. Negotiate and secure contracts with proper documentation and payment plans. Drive revenue growth through upselling and strategic sales techniques. Track and report weekly tour and booking stats.
What We're Looking For:
Proven sales experience
in the event or hospitality industry. Ability to sell across multiple venues and event spaces. At least1 year of direct event or catering sales experience
. Strong negotiation and communication skills. Passion for creating exceptional event experiences.What We Offer:
