Northwest Consulting Hub creates opportunities to help consumers become online business owners and educate them on how grow and develop their websites to reach maximum potential. We are looking for customer service reps to assist our clients in developing their websites, sourcing products, pricing products, and marketing their website effectively. We take each client through a step-by-step process, that is very similar for each client. You will be working with your own client list and working consistently with the same people once every week on screen sharing and over the phone.

Once you are trained in all the procedures, we expect our reps to be able to manage themselves and work independently. We'd like to maintain a laid-back environment that breeds a healthy work/life balance, with also the ability to grow and level up within the company. The focus is pleasing the client and giving them what they want. While a lot of your day will be putting together marketing graphics and logo designs, the majority will be on the phone, walking clients patiently through a step-by-step process to educate them on these tools.

You are the clients' biggest advocate in their journey of building their online presence, think of yourself as an educator as well as a cheerleader for them.

Responsibilities:



Being punctual with appointments throughout your day to ensure client satisfaction. Fulfilling logos, graphics, and marketing promotions in a timely fashion in between appointments. Communicate and work closely with sales team to ensure client gets the best service possible, and any issues get resolved quickly.

Skills:



Patience. This is the biggest characteristic we are looking for. Every client is different, some are fast, some are slow, some are patient, some are impatient. All that matters is you display the ultimate patience and clearly communicate what the client needs to know. Multi-tasking. If multi-tasking is not your strong suit you may want to reconsider applying for this position. We expect our employees to be able to maintain their appointments, fulfillment work, and outsourced products in a timely manner. Adaptability and the ability to improvise and think on your feet. Not every appointment will go as planned, you need to be able to improvise and change to adapt to clients' needs at the time.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
