Bathing Brands Inc. is expanding the next generation of Steam, Sauna, and Bathing commerce -- and we're looking for a detail-driven, organized, and curious Website Admin & QA Specialist to support that growth across our platforms.
You'll work closely with our eCommerce and Web Development teams to ensure our sites run smoothly, workflows support internal and external partners, and new features launch with confidence.
You don't need to be a developer -- but you do need to be someone who knows their way around Drupal Admin Tools, enjoys solving problems, communicates clearly, and thrives in a structured, process-driven environment.

You don't need every skill on day one -- just strong fundamentals, attention to detail, and the desire to grow into a highly effective Website Admin/QA professional.
Skills and Experience You'll Need
1-3 years of Drupal admin experience (Views, Blocks, Reading Logs, Users, Permissions, content workflows) or equivalent work experience
1+ year of manual QA experience
1+ year using project management tools such as Jira, Asana, ClickUp, etc.
Strong communication -- able to translate technical details for non-technical teams
Excellent organization and ability to manage competing priorities
It would be great if you have...
Web application support (extra points for multi-site environments)
Familiarity with IT ticketing systems (Microsoft 365, Jira Service Desk, Zendesk)
Exposure to Agile workflows (sprints, standups, acceptance criteria)
Ability to read basic HTML, CSS, or JavaScript (This is not a developer role but understanding how to read code may help in your job duties.)
Experience with Git or version control concepts
Comfort using an IDE
Light database querying experience (SQL basics)
Understanding of SEO fundamentals and general web standards to help inform non-technical
