SISU Integrated Health seeks a Web Developer & SEO Specialist (Contract-to-Hire) to build and optimize our Webflow website, landing pages, and digital presence. The ideal candidate combines front-end design skill with SEO expertise and awareness of Google Ads or digital advertising. Strong opportunity to transition into a full-time role supporting SISU's growth in behavioral healthcare.
Key Responsibilities:
Website Development & Management (Webflow)
- Lead the end-to-end build of SISU's new website and landing pages in Webflow.
- Design responsive, HIPAA-compliant, Accessible web layouts with strong user experience.
- Integrate CRM forms, analytics tracking, and conversion monitoring tools.
- Maintain and update the website post-launch with performance and design improvements.
SEO Strategy & Optimization
- Conduct keyword research targeting behavioral health, IOP/PHP programs, and Connecticut healthcare markets.
- Optimize metadata, site structure, content hierarchy, and technical SEO elements within Webflow.
- Implement schema markup, page speed enhancements, and ongoing performance tuning.
- Develop and execute local SEO initiatives to improve search visibility and referral traffic.
Analytics & Digital Advertising Awareness
- Configure and maintain Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, and Search Console tracking.
- Monitor traffic, conversions, and engagement metrics, providing leadership with monthly reports.
- Demonstrate working knowledge of Google Ads, paid search concepts, or digital ad tracking -- collaborating with leadership or external partners when campaigns are active.
- Support digital marketing strategy through data-driven insights and SEO performance analysis. Proficiency with

Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in Webflow web development and SEO execution.
Strong understanding of HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript.
Proven ability to design and launch complete Webflow websites.
Experience with on-page and technical SEO, including schema, metadata, and page optimization.
Familiarity with Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, and performance dashboards.
Preferred:
Exposure to digital advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads, or PPC campaign principles).
Experience developing for healthcare, wellness, or behavioral health organizations.
Familiarity with HIPAA-compliant digital forms and local SEO practices.
Proficiency with Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Google Keyword Planner.
