Responsibilities



Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique financial goals and aspirations. Develop customized wealth management plans that incorporate investment management, estate planning, tax strategies, and cash flow analysis. Manage your pipeline of leads and prospects to develop new business while growing your book. Enjoy unlimited upside earning potential while helping more families achieve their own personal goals. Spend time at community functions to get your name out there as the local 'go-to' Wealth Manager while promoting yourself, your skills and the brand. Enjoy support from an experienced team of staff surrounding and supporting you for everything from client service to money movement to compliance and training opportunities. Conduct detailed financial analysis using advanced financial software and tools to assess client portfolios and identify opportunities for growth or risk mitigation. Advise clients on appropriate investment strategies aligned with their risk tolerance and objectives. Assist clients with estate planning by explaining wills, trusts, power of attorney arrangements, and estate transfer strategies to preserve wealth across generations. Provide comprehensive financial planning services including retirement planning, cash management, insurance analysis, and tax efficiency. Stay informed on current market trends, regulatory changes, and economic factors impacting client portfolios through ongoing research. Work with your peers in the office collaboratively to achieve optimal outcomes for all clients in the practice. We work as an ensemble, so no silos. Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) systems to track client interactions, create tasks, notes and workflows, and identify new opportunities. Educate clients on investment options, financial concepts, and the benefits of asset management and planning strategies to empower informed decision-making.

Skills



Knowledge of topics in the CFP curriculum (ie: estate planning techniques including wills, trusts, estate law, and succession strategies, taxes, investments, insurance, retirement plans, etc) Strong background in financial sales with proven ability to identify client needs and present suitable solutions confidently. Comfort level with development of both warm and cool lead outreach techniques to develop engagement of prospective clients (leads both provided and self-sourced through consistent networking) Familiarity with securities law compliance and regulations governing securities transactions. Proficiency with financial software tools used for planning, stock research, tax analysis, performance reporting, and client portfolio manangement. Ability to interpret complex financial concepts clearly and effectively communicate recommendations to clients. Experience in banking operations including funds transfers, money movement, cash management services, lending, borrowing, etc. Knowledge of basic accounting principles as they relate to wealth management activities. Strong mathematical skills essential for accurate financial calculations and modeling. Comfort with spreadsheets, namely excel. Pay: $75,000.00 - $500,000.00 per year
