Position Summary:

Commercial caulking and waterproofing company that is looking for a full-time laborer to join our team. Primary duties include but are not limited to, surface preparation, insulation installation, and general construction work. This position requires a self-motivated, dependable, high performing individual with a good attitude. Compensation will depend on experience and job proficiency.

Candidates do not need to be licensed tradesmen, but those candidates are welcome to apply. Qualified candidates will need a driver's license, reliable transportation, and standard tools. Candidate must also pass a background check, be a legal citizen of the US. Qualifications:

- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation (Required)

- US Work Authorization (Required)

- Construction Experience: 1 Year (Preferred)

Position Responsibilities:

- Work in conjunction with caulkers to prepare joints and surfaces

- Assist team members in daily tasks

- Perform functions according to company and OSHA safety guidelines

- Must be able to work alone or in groups

- Ability to lift 50+ lbs. and work in an indoor and outdoor environment

- Must be comfortable with heights

- Perform general physical activities; standing, sitting, squatting, reaching, bending, walking, kneeling, and other movements that involve substantial use of arms and legs

Job Type: Temporary

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
