Waterproofing Estimator

to join our team in

Dallas, TX.

This role is an excellent opportunity for an estimator with experience in waterproofing, roofing, or building envelope systems who is eager to grow with a company committed to quality, innovation, and long-term success.

Key Responsibilities:

Review plans, drawings, and specifications to develop accurate take-offs and cost estimates for waterproofing and building envelope projects. Prepare detailed proposals, budgets, and bid packages in alignment with client requirements. Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to clarify scope and ensure accurate pricing. Solicit, evaluate, and negotiate subcontractor and supplier bids. Conduct site visits and evaluate existing conditions when needed. Track historical cost data and maintain estimating databases for improved accuracy. Support preconstruction activities including value engineering and risk assessments. Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams to ensure clarity on scope, budget, and project goals.
Qualifications:

5+ years of experience as an Estimator, preferably in waterproofing, roofing, or building envelope construction. Strong knowledge of waterproofing systems, materials, and industry standards. Proficiency with estimating software and MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings. Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
