motivated and experienced Crew Leader
to oversee water and mold remediation projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the restoration industry, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead a team with professionalism and integrity.
This role offers the opportunity to guide a dedicated crew through complex remediation jobs while upholding the safety, quality, and customer service standards that have earned our company decades of trust.
Duties & Responsibilities
Lead and supervise crews during
water damage
,
mold remediation
, and related restoration projects.
Ensure all work is performed according to
IICRC standards
, company protocols, and safety guidelines.
Conduct site assessments to determine the scope of work, materials needed, and potential hazards.
Operate hand tools, power tools, and specialized remediation equipment safely and effectively.
Coordinate project tasks to ensure efficient, high-quality completion.
Maintain clear, professional communication with clients, team members, and management regarding project progress and issues.
Train new crew members on proper remediation techniques, equipment use, and safety procedures.
Maintain a clean and organized job site and company vehicle.
Document job progress, site conditions, and customer communications accurately.
Qualifications
IICRC certification (WRT, AMRT, or equivalent) is required.
Minimum 2 years of experience
in water and mold remediation; experience in fire restoration or construction-related tasks is a plus.
Proven ability to lead or assist in leading restoration crews.
Strong knowledge of remediation techniques, safety protocols, and restoration equipment.
Ability to read and follow technical documents, instructions, and job scopes.
Excellent communication and customer service skills

Experience operating hand tools, power tools, and industry-specific equipment.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting, bending, and working in various environments.
