We are seeking an experienced and skilled

Restoration Technician / Estimator

to join our expanding team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in property restoration, insurance claim processes, and be proficient with industry-standard software tools.

Responsibilities

Perform

water extraction, moisture mapping, and drying services

Create and maintain

dry logs and moisture reports

Assess job sites to determine proper

equipment needs

(dehumidifiers, air movers, etc.) and ensure

correct placement

for optimal drying Prepare detailed

estimates and reports

using

Xactimate software

Utilize

DocuSketch

and

Matterport

for project documentation and 3D job captures Read and interpret

basic blueprints and construction drawings

Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and insurance adjusters Follow company procedures, safety protocols, and restoration standards Assist with on-site management, multitasking between multiple projects

Qualifications

5-10 years minimum experience

in property restoration (water, fire, mold, or reconstruction)

Proficient in Xactimate

and familiar with insurance claims and billing procedures Skilled in

moisture mapping, dry log reporting, and job documentation

Familiar with

DocuSketch

and

Matterport

software Ability to read

basic blueprints

Excellent communication and organizational skills Reliable, self-motivated, and able to

multitask effectively

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required IICRC certification preferred
