Position Overview:
We're seeking a skilled
Crew Leader / First Responder
to lead our restoration teams on water, fire, and mold projects. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and capable of managing a team while maintaining exceptional customer service standards.Responsibilities:
Lead and supervise technicians on water, fire, and mold restoration projects Respond to emergency calls and assess property damage Operate drying, extraction, and cleaning equipment Ensure projects meet ServiceMaster and industry standards (IICRC, OSHA) Communicate effectively with customers, team members, and insurance representatives Maintain accurate job documentation, including notes and photos Ensure safe, clean, and organized job sites Participate in an on-call rotation for after-hours emergency response
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $24.00 - $26.00 per hour

Experience:
