We are hiring for the role of

Wastewater Pretreatment Compliance - Lab Specialist

in the Utilities Department.



Hours: 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. Tuesday - Saturday

Essential Job FunctionsManage and enforce all aspects of the Wastewater Industrial Pretreatment Program. Conduct inspections to maintain compliance efforts. Investigate and identify industrial wastewater dischargers which may require pretreatment permit. Issue, enforce, and manage pretreatment permits & notices of violation. Develop and implement new program procedures. Collect, test, and analyze daily samples of discharge at all phases of treatment according to IDEM & EPA. Maintain an organized, clean laboratory, including monitoring/maintaining inventory.

HEALTH INSURANCE BENEFITS



INSURANCE PREMIUMS:



The City of Noblesville pays 80% of the medical, dental and vision premiums for full-time city employees. Insurance premiums are deducted over 24 pays per year.



BENEFIT PLANS:





MEDICAL



Office visit co-pay: $40

Urgent care co-pay: $50

Emergency room co-pay: $175



In-network benefits:

Deductible: $400 individual / $800 family

Paid by plan after deductible is met: 80%

Out-of-Pocket maximum: $900 individual / $1,800 family



PRESCRIPTIONS/RX



Generic co-pay: $25

Brand name formulary co-pay: $35

Brand name non-formulary co-pay: $50



Employee Healthcare Clinic



Full-time employees have access to a Health and Wellness Clinic which provides many health and wellness services for employees and dependents on the city's medical healthcare plan. Many of the services provided are those you would expect to receive from a family physician. The clinic also provides generic prescriptions and clinical lab testing. All services provided at the Health and Wellness Clinic are provided at no cost to the employee.



Dental



Preventative services paid at 100%

Basic services paid at 80% ($50 deductible)

Major services paid at 50% ($50 deductible)

(A $50 deductible applies to Basic and Major services)



Vision



Eye exams: plan pays up to $100

Contacts: plan pays up to $300

Frames: pays up to $130 (every 24 months)

Lens: pays up to $180 (depending on lens type)



WELLNESS



Onsite fitness facility available 24/7 to employees and spouses at no cost.



SECTION 125 - FLEX SPENDING ACCOUNTS



Flex Spending enables you to reimburse yourself for an un-reimbursed health care or dependent care expenses using pre-taxed payroll deducted dollars.



LIFE INSURANCE



Employees are provided a city paid life insurance policy in the amount of $50,000.



RETIREMENT



The city's retirement plan is administered through the Indiana Public Employee's Retirement Fund. To find additional information, please visit the INPRS website at www.in.gov/inprs.



DEFERRED COMPENSATION



Employees are eligible to participate in the deferred compensation program. The city will match a percentage of contributions up to $3,000 annually.



FINANCIAL WELLNESS

LONGEVITY BENEFITS



Longevity pay is paid in the amount of $120 for each calendar year of service, not to exceed twenty (20 ) years.



TIME OFF BENEFITS



Vacation



3 days : After first 90 days

Prorated: 90 days - 1 year

3 weeks: 2 to 9 years

4 weeks: 10 to 14 years

5 weeks: 15 years+



Sick Time



City employees earn seven (7) hours of sick time each month.



Float Days



City employees receive five (5) float days per year, which may be used as vacation days.



Holidays



The city recognizes and provides holiday pay for approximately eleven (11) holidays per year.
