The hourly pay range for this position is $20.00-$25.00, commensurate with experience, education, and other job-related factors.

Summary:
The Warranty and Credit Coordinator is responsible for performing a variety of administrative duties related to customer service: Processing customer stock/factory returns, placing warranty orders and receiving parts back for return and issuing credit memos. In addition, this role will include administrative support functions, including reception backup.
Essential Functions:
Return Authorizations and Credits
a)
Consult with customers and sales team to determine reason for return and approval; stock items, warranty, damage, incorrectly made.
b)
Consult with factory for RMA (return material authorization) approval.
c)
Place replacement or warranty orders with factory.
d)
Process RMA and consult with warehouse/drivers for items being returned.
e)
Consult with factory or shipping carriers for credits.
f)
Issue credits to customers.
General Office/Miscellaneous task
a)
Receptionist backup; answer and direct calls.
b)
Customer service calls (checking on orders, shipping dates, etc.)
c)
Cross training of administrative duties; order processing; stock and factory orders, receiving invoices, order edge program (our program for converting vendor orders).
d)
Other administrative support, as needed.

Physical Demands:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.

Monday- Friday 8:30 am-5:00 pm, in the Rockland, MA office
Required Education and Experience:
High School Diploma
1 year of administrative experience
Preferred Education and Experience:
Associates Degree
2+ years of related experience
