Automotive dealership is seeking a Warranty Administrator to process warranty claims via Reynolds & Reynolds DMS and GM Global Warranty Management.
Responsibilities:
Submitting warranty repair orders that have been screened, corrected, and verified to be GM warranty compliant.
Communicate with technicians about warranty RO's 3 C's, GM labor time guide, and related warranty repair order requirements.
Assist the accounting department with managing the warranty schedule.
Work with the technicians, advisors, and management about deficiencies that are commonly found with warranty repair orders.
Assist management in developing processes to limit the corrections needed to process warranty repair orders.
Requirements:
Prior experience in a GM warranty administrator role is mandatory
.
Reynolds and Reynolds experience a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with technicians, advisors, and management.
Strong organizational abilities.
Knowledge of automotive service and repair processes and procedures.
Knowledge and understanding of GM Policies & Procedures.
Honesty and solid work ethic.
