Minimum

High school diploma or general education degree (GED) Minimum 18 years of age Ability to pass drug test Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Ability to work weekends on a regular basis and overtime on a frequent basis Ability to work any shift Ability to pass a typing and writing test Ability to maintain confidentiality Accuracy/attention to detail Ability to organize/prioritize tasks/projects Ability continue education Ability to travel independently Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and site-specific computer programs Valid driver's license

Military, private security and/or retail security experience Ability to operate: forklift, tugger, and motorized cart Model Customer 1st behavior; deliver and encourage other associates to deliver excellent customer service Provide complete and accurate records of all in-coming and out-going traffic in accordance with the Kroger Logistics Loss Prevention Manual and site specific procedure manuals Monitor pedestrian traffic Conduct rover/patrols of interior and exterior of Distribution Center in accordance with site specific procedure manuals Respond to emergencies in and around the Distribution Center Report and document all policy/safety violations Collect and record preliminary information needed for theft and accident investigations Conduct closed circuit TV surveillance in accordance with site specific procedure manual Must be able to pass a site specific Proficiency Exam within 90 days of employment * Must be able to perform the essential functions of this position with or without reasonable accommodation
