We are seeking dependable and reliable dock workers who can work efficiently with a focus on detail. As a dock worker, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe work environment, following all warehouse rules and regulations, and collaborating with team members. While forklift experience is useful, it is not required.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain a clean and safe work environment. Stoop, twist, and stand for long periods of time. Unload freight cans and send packages down the belt for drivers. Scan shipments for processing. Build freight onto pallets and wrap them when completed. Conform to all safety rules and use appropriate safety equipment properly. Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors. Maintain a well-groomed appearance and wear the company uniform for all shifts (uniforms provided). Practice and promote good customer relations using professional conduct. Adhere to attendance, attitude, and flexibility expectations. Report all problems, incidents, and accidents immediately to the manager and complete any required documentation.

Requirements

Must pass a background check. Must pass pre-employment and random drug testing. Must be able to speak, read, and understand English. Must have a valid driver's license. Strong communication and analytical skills. Ability to lift, carry, and/or push at least 70 lbs. Ability to work under stress in a fast-paced environment.
