Warehouse Order Picker/Packer Objectives: \xc2\xb7 Pick, pack and process orders with attention to the accuracy of orders and special instructions. This includes tracing shipments when needed. \xc2\xb7 Restock primary picking areas as needed with attention to tracking inventory. \xc2\xb7 Perform daily cycle counts and verify information. \xc2\xb7 Receive all air and boat shipments, which include preparing the warehouse for receiving product as well as verifying the accuracy of the packing list and contents. \xc2\xb7 Coordinate all information with Manager. \xc2\xb7 Maintain sufficient levels of shipping supplies by ordering through the Manager. \xc2\xb7 Assist with year-end physical inventory. \xc2\xb7 Maintain cleanliness and safety of the warehouse and the facility. Critical Success Factors: \xc2\xb7 Process all daily orders to be shipped on the same day. \xc2\xb7 Prepare the warehouse for incoming shipments and coordinate the receipt of shipments. \xc2\xb7 Receive and control inventory. \xc2\xb7 Perform cycle counts Requirements: \xc2\xb7 High school education or equivalent \xc2\xb7 5 years warehouse experience, Forklift / Cherry Picker / Power Jack experience is a plus \xc2\xb7 Computer literate \xc2\xb7 Valid driver\xe2\x80\x99s license \xc2\xb7 Ability to repeatedly lift up to 50 pounds from the floor to shoulder height \xc2\xb7 Ability to work standing for long period of time.
