Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Warehouse Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in our distribution center, ensuring that all operations run smoothly and efficiently. This position involves various tasks related to order fulfillment, inventory management, and maintaining the overall organization of the warehouse.

Duties

Perform order fulfillment tasks including picking Manage inventory control by tracking stock levels and ensuring proper storage of products. Utilize mechanical knowledge to operate warehouse equipment such as reach trucks and forklifts safely. Assist in the organization and maintenance of the warehouse layout to optimize workflow. Build and prepare packages for shipment while adhering to safety protocols. Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals and deadlines. Conduct regular inventory checks to ensure accuracy in stock levels and report discrepancies as needed.

Requirements

Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center is preferred but not mandatory. Strong understanding of order fulfillment processes and warehouse management practices. Mechanical knowledge with the ability to operate warehouse machinery effectively. Proficiency in inventory control and management techniques. Ability to lift heavy packages and stand for extended periods while performing physical tasks. Excellent attention to detail with strong organizational skills. A team-oriented attitude with the ability to work independently when required.
