We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Warehouse Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of our warehouse, focusing on inventory management, shipping and receiving, and overall materials handling. This position requires a strong attention to detail and the ability to operate various types of equipment safely and effectively.
Responsibilities
Manage inventory control processes, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting of stock levels.
Operate heavy equipment including manual and electric pallet jacks for loading and unloading materials.
Perform picking and packing duties for order fulfillment, ensuring accuracy in order picking using an iPad.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment in compliance with OSHA standards, along with maintaining proper rotation of inventory. First In, First Out (F.I.F.O.) Mandatory.
Assist in shipping & receiving operations, verifying incoming and outgoing shipments against packing lists.
Collaborate with warehouse supervisors to optimize warehouse distribution processes.
Participate in regular inventory restocking to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
Engage in heavy lifting (50lbs or more) tasks as required, ensuring safe handling of materials at all times.
Ability to work and stand for 9 to 12 hours a day is required.
Driving and delivering or receiving items on time. Not Route based work.
Experience
Previous warehouse experience is preferred, with a focus on inventory management and order fulfillment.
Knowledge of packaging techniques and materials handling best practices is beneficial.

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 - 45 per week
