What you'll do

Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to load and unload products safely and efficiently. Utilize RF scanners to track inventory accurately within our warehouse management system. Perform order picking tasks, ensuring accuracy in shipping and receiving operations. Conduct routine inspections of equipment to ensure compliance with OSHA standards and maintain mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting. Collaborate with warehouse supervisors to optimize workflow and enhance productivity. Engage in heavy lifting and materials handling while adhering to safety protocols at all times. Assist with inventory management, including stock rotation and organization within cold storage areas.

Basic qualifications

Proven experience in warehouse distribution or similar environments. 3-5 years forklift experience. Familiarity with order picking processes and shipping & receiving operations. Familiar with RF scanners. Ability to perform heavy lifting consistently throughout your shift. Must be able to work in a cold environment.

Preferred qualifications

Previous experience on double reach trucks and pallet jacks. 3-5 years in a cold storage warehouse or distribution center. 1-3 years with RF Scanners.

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 50 per week
