We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Warehouse Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for various warehouse operations, including inventory management, shipping and receiving, and materials handling. This role requires a strong commitment to safety and efficiency while ensuring that all tasks are completed accurately and on time.
Duties
Manage inventory control processes to ensure accurate stock levels.
Operate heavy equipment such as forklifts, reach trucks, and pallet jacks for loading and unloading goods.
Perform picking and packing of orders using RF scanners and order pickers.
Assist in shipping and receiving activities, ensuring all products are correctly labeled and packaged.
Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
Collaborate with warehouse supervisors to optimize warehouse distribution strategies.
Conduct regular inspections of equipment to ensure safe operation and report any mechanical issues.
Participate in regular training sessions on warehouse management systems (WMS) and best practices for materials handling.
Skills
Familiarity with warehouse distribution processes and warehouse management principles.
Experience operating cranes, forklifts, order pickers, and other heavy equipment.

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
