Supervise daily warehouse activities including shipping, receiving, inventory management, and materials handling to ensure smooth operations. Lead and motivate warehouse staff, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback to foster a high-performing team. Manage inventory control processes Oversee forklift operations and heavy lifting tasks, ensuring compliance with Coordinate logistics for warehouse distribution, including 3PL (third-party logistics) providers, shipping schedules, and delivery timelines. Implement process improvements to optimize workflow efficiency, reduce errors, and enhance overall warehouse productivity. Support drivers with the loading process.

Proven experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or in a similar warehouse management role with demonstrated leadership skills. Hands-on experience with warehouse distribution processes, shipping & receiving procedures, and materials handling techniques. Strong understanding of logistics principles, heavy lifting safety protocols, and OSHA regulations. Mechanical knowledge related to warehouse equipment like forklifts and other materials handling machinery. Ability to manage teams effectively in fast-paced environments while maintaining high safety standards.
