In this role, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating the execution of packing, staging, and outbound shipping activities within an SAP EWM-enabled warehouse. This role manages a team of associates to ensure accurate, efficient, and on-time order fulfillment that meets customer expectations. The supervisor oversees both digital systems and physical workflows to proactively identify and resolve issues that could impact shipment accuracy, delivery performance, or carrier schedules. Success in this role requires a hands-on leader who can drive performance against key KPIs, foster team accountability, and collaborate across departments to ensure seamless coordination between production, warehousing, and transportation. The ideal candidate is highly motivated, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is committed to "winning the day" by ensuring every order leaves the facility complete, accurate, and on time.
Responsibilities: Maintain a safe work environment for the warehouse teams
Train staff, audit operations, and implement process improvements
Provide direct floor supervision of inbound and outbound operations
Achieve and exceed KPIs in quality, service, and cost
Report performance metrics to management team(s) and use this data lead continuous improvement initiatives
Cross-functionally support site production operations through hiring, training and development of warehouse staff
Develop team members in their skills and career growth
Be flexible and adaptable to changing markets
Drive innovation with a customer-first mindset
Qualifications: Associate or bachelor's degree in business, Operations, Supply Chain, or related - Preferred* If you do have a degree, minimum, cumulative GPA of 3.00 for all degrees earned
10+ years of Warehouse/Distribution experience
5+ years of experience in a leadership role overseeing team leaders, with demonstrated success in coaching, performance management and team development
Proven experience with MRP systems (SAP - Preferred)* Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
Proven analytical and computer skills
