Warehouse Supervisor




As a warehouse supervisor, you oversee daily operations in the facility. Your role is crucial to meet productivity targets and maintain employee satisfaction. You ensure efficient processes and procedures are followed. Your attention to detail and leadership skills to create a safe and organized warehouse environment.

Warehouse Supervisor Responsibilities



Overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, including receiving, organized storage, and loading materials, while ensuring efficient coordination amongst the staff. Monitoring and enforcing compliance with company policies and PPE safety equipment to ensure the safety of all field employees. Managing inventory, which includes maintaining accurate daily records, conducting monthly cycle counts. Work together with other departments, such as logistics and procurement, to effectively manage and prioritize incoming and outgoing shipments. Consistently seek out opportunities for process improvement, and implement changes to increase efficiency. Conduct daily trash removal from offices, fill copy machines, maintain cleanliness of restroom, organize said supplies. Prepare and analyze warehouse operations, including inventory levels, and shipping/receiving report accuracy.

Warehouse Supervisor Required Skills



Strong leadership abilities with excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively supervise and motivate warehouse staff. Proficient in warehouse management systems (WMS) to track and manage inventory, shipments, and department readiness. Sound knowledge of warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and shipping procedures, as well as inventory control techniques. Demonstrated problem-solving skills to identify and resolve operational challenges promptly. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to meet deadlines and operational requirements. Strong attention to detail, organization, and accuracy in record-keeping and inventory management. Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices to maintain a safe working environment.

Required Qualifications



High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field is preferred. Proven experience within a warehouse environment. Knowledge of warehouse safety regulations and experience in implementing safety protocols. Strong organizational skills and neatness. Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS). Ability to operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts or pallet jacks, and obtain necessary certifications if required. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently with late afternoon-evening work schedule.

Full time, weekdays, 2-pm to 10pm.
