Warehouse Supervisor

We are seeking a full time reliable and hardworking Warehouse Supervisor. The ideal candidate must be able to lead by example and set the tone for the team so that all work is completed efficiently.



Warehouse Supervisor Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Tracks and logs all product inventory in WMS, ensuring there are no discrepancies or losses. Accepts deliveries of company products and stores them accordingly. Leads warehouse associates to complete assigned tasks (Inbound, Putaway, Picking & Staging) Inspects all orders being received, checking for damage and missing items. Reports damaged product. Knows how to use dollies, hand trucks, lift equipment and pallet jacks Keeps warehouse area clean and organized. Reports to the Operations Management to alert them of any issues with receiving.
Warehouse Supervisor Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Possesses strong organizational skills. Inventory scanning experience Is detail-oriented and capable of noticing small errors on orders or defective aspects of products. Maintains physical stamina and strength required to move heavy equipment and product weighing up to 75 pounds. Works well with others. Exhibits strong communication skills, essential for working with other employees Demonstrates the alertness and physical skill required to operate lifts. Must be capable of managing time effectively and multi-tasking as necessary. Demonstrates familiarity with all warehouse safety precautions and can observe these at all times.
Warehouse Supervisor Education and Experience
Must be able to operate lift equipment, pallet jacks and hand trucks for moving and transporting products. Must be able to lead, train and influence warehouse staff in a positive and safe working manor Forklift training and certification Must have 1+ years of experience supervising a team of 5+ associates
