The Role
Silipint is hiring a Warehouse Supervisor to help run daily execution, tighten inventory control, and support a clean, scalable warehouse operation. You will work closely with the Warehouse Manager to keep shipments on time, reduce defects, and ensure NetSuite and Celigo transactions stay accurate.
This role is a good fit for someone who enjoys being on the floor, leading through action, and building clear processes that the team can follow.
Responsibilities
Partner with the Warehouse Manager to keep daily shipments on time and defect free
Own exception management for Amazon FBM and B2B orders and clear same day
Build the inventory control program, including cycle counts and variance resolution
Maintain item masters, units of measure, bin locations, and BOMs in NetSuite
Monitor Celigo flows for orders, inventory, pricing, and settlements, fix issues, and prevent repeats
Set routing guide standards, labeling, and documentation to prevent chargebacks
Coordinate RMA logistics and product disposition with Customer Experience and the Warehouse Manager
Align labor plans, capacity assumptions, and daily cut-off times with the Warehouse Manager
Stand up KPI boards, run daily huddles, and drive improvements in dock-to-stock, pick accuracy, and contact rate
Performance Targets
On-time ship 99% or higher for FBM and 95% or higher for B2B
Inventory accuracy 98% or higher with 100% cycle count compliance
Dock-to-stock under 24 hours for standard receipts
Pick accuracy 99.8% or higher
NetSuite and Celigo transaction error rate under 1% of order lines
Routing violations, chargebacks, and RMA cycle time improving quarter over quarter
Minimum Qualifications
5+ years in operations, order management, or inventory control in light manufacturing, kitting, or custom print
Hands-on experience with NetSuite WMS and work orders
Experience with Amazon Seller Central for FBM order flow
Familiarity with routing guides, LTL and parcel shipping, ASNs, and chargeback prevention
Working knowledge of Lean, standard work, and 5S
Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills
Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)
Experience with Celigo or a similar iPaaS tool
Exposure to ASI or PPAI promo workflows
Screen printing, pad printing, heat transfer, UV printing, or other production printing experience
Basic SQL or dashboard experience
Experience influencing peer managers and cross-functional teams
Physical Requirements and Work Setting
Regular floor presence and walking the warehouse
Ability to lift up to 40 lbs with reasonable accommodation
Warehouse environment with PPE as required
