Summary

We are seeking a Warehouse Supervisor (Higher Level) To assist the managers in daily operations. In this role, you will oversee warehouse operations, ensuring efficient processes and high standards of safety and quality. Your leadership will be vital in managing a team dedicated to delivering excellence in the distribution of auto parts.

Night Shift 4pm-12:30am.

Two shifts available. Sundays thru Thursdays & Thursday thru Mondays

Pay: $26.00-$30.00 an hour BOE

Responsibilities

Supervise daily warehouse operations to ensure efficiency and productivity. Manage and train warehouse staff, fostering a collaborative team environment. Implement best practices for materials handling and inventory management. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean working environment. Coordinate logistics for incoming and outgoing shipments to optimize delivery schedules Oversee heavy lifting operations while ensuring proper safety protocols are followed.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or in a similar role within the distribution industry. Strong knowledge of warehouse management practices and logistics operations. Mechanical knowledge is a plus for understanding product handling requirements. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team effectively. Ability to perform heavy lifting as required by the job.
