Warehouse Supervisor Telecommunications

Responsibilities

Supervise daily warehouse operations, including receiving, staging, kitting, shipping, and returns of cell tower materials Manage inventory of telecommunications equipment such as antennas, radios, coax/fiber cable, mounts, steel, and hardware Coordinate material deliveries and pickups with field crews, project managers, and logistics providers to ensure timely project support Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems (WMS) or ERP software Conduct regular cycle counts and physical inventories; investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies Ensure materials are staged and prepared to meet project schedules and site requirements Enforce OSHA, company, and site-specific safety standards to maintain a safe work environment Train, schedule, and supervise warehouse staff and drivers Maintain warehouse organization, cleanliness, and equipment readiness Oversee forklift and material-handling equipment usage and maintenance Assist with procurement, vendor coordination, and managing damage or shortage claims Support emergency or after-hours material needs as required by project demands

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree preferred 3+ years of warehouse experience, preferably in telecommunications, construction, or cell tower industry At least 1 year of supervisory or lead experience Familiarity with cell tower materials and terminology strongly preferred Forklift certification or ability to obtain Proficiency with inventory systems, spreadsheets, and basic computer applications Valid drivers license Strong organizational and time-management skills Ability to prioritize multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment Clear communication and leadership abilities Problem-solving skills and attention to detail Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a warehouse environment, including exposure to Arizona heat Willingness to work occasional overtime, early mornings, or weekends as needed

Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per year
