Mainly responsible for the overall planning and management of the warehousing department, ensuring the efficient operation of the warehouse and prioritizing customer satisfaction as the primary goal

Develop the warehouse operation system, including determining product handling and storage requirements, inventory, and shipping methods

Implement annual, monthly, and weekly work plans, implement performance management and follow-up, ensuring the achievement of departmental KPI indicators

Ensure that the storage environment, handling, storage, record-keeping, and product distribution in the warehouse comply with the company's quality system, identify key problem points, and formulate and implement corresponding improvement measures.

Ensure the accuracy of inventory quantities, organize regular inventories, and promptly report inventory information, formulate and maintain inventory management systems, optimize inventory turnover rate, and utilize WMS/ERP and other information systems to achieve precise control of inventory.

Plan and optimize the warehouse layout, including the implant and instrument storage area, to ensure a clean, orderly, and safe warehouse environment.

Implement measures for safe storage of goods.

Train and manage the warehouse team, including personnel training, performance assessment, and work allocation, to address daily operational issues and achieve short-term and long-term performance goals.

Review and prepare work processes and action plans that comply with the company's sales force, quality, and customer service standards.

Communicate and collaborate with departments such as sales, procurement, customer service, and logistics to ensure a smooth supply chain.

Regularly prepare warehouse operation reports and report the work progress to superiors.

Requirements:

College degree or above, majoring in logistics, warehouse management or related fields.

Have over 10 years of warehouse work experience and over 5 years of management and equivalent position experience;

Proficient in warehouse inbound, Outbound and storage management, familiar with the operation and processes of logistics and other related departments.

Familiar with ERP/WMS system operation.

Strong data awareness, good at data analysis.

Strong ability to withstand pressure, excellent communication skills, team leadership skills and problem-solving skills, and willingness to work overtime.

Excellent written or oral communication skills in both English and Chinese.

Strong cost awareness, candidates with experience in medical device and biological companies warehouses are preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
