Position Summary

We are seeking a proactive and hands-on Warehouse Distribution Supervisor to lead our day shift operations at our Adairsville facility. This role is critical in ensuring efficient warehouse operations, maintaining high standards of safety and organization, and driving continuous improvement in line with our operational goals.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, order fulfillment, and shipping. Lead and allocate resources effectively to meet productivity and service level targets. Ensure adherence to 5S and other lean warehouse practices to maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment. Utilize Warehouse Management System (WMS) to monitor inventory accuracy, order processing, and workflow optimization. Identify and resolve operational issues promptly, using strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. Train, coach, and evaluate warehouse staff to ensure high performance and compliance with company policies. Collaborate with logistics, customer service, and other departments to ensure smooth distribution operations. Monitor KPIs and generate reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of experience in warehouse supervision or distribution center leadership. Strong knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and inventory control processes. Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop warehouse teams in a fast-paced environment. Solid understanding and practical application of 5S, lean warehousing, and continuous improvement methodologies. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a proactive and hands-on approach. Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Familiarity with OSHA regulations and a strong commitment to workplace safety. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and comfortable with data analysis and reporting. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a physically active environment. High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain, or related field preferred. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.

Pay: $52,056.73 - $62,691.98 per year
