Provide daily supervision to a warehouse team, ensuring efficient operations, adherence to procedures, and compliance with quality, environmental, and safety standards.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Supervise warehouse employees and daily activities, including material handling, storage, and shipping operations.
Oversee material requisitions from cleanrooms and monitor team performance metrics.
Ensure productivity and quality targets are met; provide regular progress reports and data analytics to management.
Resolve complex or escalated issues related to warehouse transactions and documentation.
Conduct employee performance reviews and provide feedback or corrective actions as needed.
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Ensure preventive maintenance (PM) schedules for equipment and temperature/humidity probes are completed.
Maintain compliance with Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) policies and ensure all employees are properly trained and certified.
Participate in cross-functional projects and collaborate with other departments such as Engineering, Quality, Planning, and HR.

Qualifications:
Education and Experience:
Bachelor's Degree
with at least
1 year of related experience
including full personnel management responsibilities (hire/fire authority, employee relations).
OR*
Associate's Degree (or equivalent)
with
4 years of related experience
in warehouse operations and supervision.
Experience in the
medical device industry
preferred.
Required Skills and Competencies:
Proficiency in
Microsoft Office Suite
and experience using
ERP systems
(preferably JDE).
Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills with ability to work cross-functionally.
Knowledge of
warehouse operations
,
inventory management
, and
safety procedures
.
Understanding of
Lean Manufacturing
and
Six Sigma
principles.
Ability to analyze workflow layouts and recommend process improvements.
Strong organizational and decision-making skills; capable of working independently.
Knowledge of and adherence to
EHS
and
Quality System
requirements in a regulated environment.
Ability to lead, train, and motivate team members in a fast-paced and dynamic setting.
Work Environment and Independence:
Works independently with minimal supervision.
Exercises judgment when evaluating options and determining the best course of action.
Ensures operational compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.
